Introducing ParrotIT User Types

Dear Parroters,


I am excited about the progress we have made so far, please find attached the various levels of users and what they can do on ParrotIT.


Parroters: These ParrotIT Content Providers are active citizens who are interested in reporting issues that require government attention anywhere.

Local content Parroters: These are people that are interested in reporting issues in a particular location mostly within their community be it a village, local government or a state.


Verified Parroters: These are people that have attained consistency in raising awareness and reporting issues within their locality with a strong interest in community development.


Verified Parroters: have the ability to create campaigns on ParrotIT seeking the public to support their cause to fund the resolving of issues within the community.

Verified Parroters can create virtual communities as community influencers.

Verified Parroters can be invited to train the public on how to effectively report issues, stay on the object and avoid name-calling and another emotional outburst that will affect the quality of the report.


Community Leaders: These are people who have influence as non-partisan offline and online but are either verified Parroters or people known publicly to advocate for good governance


Moderators: These are internal team members who will post manually reports from the public that come through social media, Telegram, and Whatsapp groups. Moderators will also approve posts when ParrotIT platform becomes automated.
